We’re looking for a People Partner to join a fast-paced manufacturing business in Leeds. Reporting into the People Manager, this is a hands-on, generalist role where you’ll work closely with managers to support day-to-day people matters and help drive engagement across the site.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with line managers and department heads to provide day-to-day HR support and guidance
* Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, development, performance management, and offboarding
* Lead and support HR projects, including system implementation and process improvements
* Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practice
* Support employee relations matters, providing practical and commercially focused advice
* Analyse HR data and metrics to inform decision-making and improve organisational performance
* Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with company values
Skills/experience:
* Proven experience in a generalist HR role (HR Advisor / Junior HRBP level)
* Comfortable supporting employee relations cases end-to-end
* Confident communicator with the ability to influence and challenge managers constructively
* Experience working in manufacturing or a similar environment (desirable)
* CIPD Level 5 qualified or working towards (essential)
This is a permanent on-site role based in Leeds, c.£42,000 depending on experience.
