Purpose of the role & how you will contribute: As Communications and Engagement Officer, you’ll play a vital role in shaping public perception of British food and farming. You’ll create compelling digital content, lead on innovative campaigns, and coordinate impactful events that support the NFU’s policy and lobbying work. By collaborating across teams and engaging diverse audiences, you’ll help amplify the NFU’s voice and drive meaningful change for the agricultural sector. What you’ll bring: You’ll bring a strong foundation in PR or communications, with hands-on experience creating engaging digital content, including video and graphics, for social media. You will be degree qualified or have an equivalent level of experience. Your project management skills and event experience will help you deliver high-impact campaigns on time and on budget. With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you’ll confidently engage diverse audiences and collaborate across teams.
