About the Role
Senior Vice President of Engineering & Maintenance Services, a critical member of the executive leadership team.
This role carries end-to-end accountability for the strategic direction, safety, and operational reliability of Miral’s large-scale entertainment and hospitality assets. The SVP will oversee a broad, multidisciplinary portfolio encompassing engineering, maintenance, health & safety, facilities management, water quality, security, and industrial engineering, ensuring world-class operational standards across all destinations.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide strategic leadership and vision for the Engineering & Technical Services division, aligning technical excellence with business and guest experience goals.
* Oversee the performance, safety, and reliability of all engineering and facility systems, including rides, attractions, mechanical, electrical, and life safety infrastructure.
* Lead major capital improvement projects, including ride system upgrades and facility renovations, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
* Champion a strong safety culture and ensure full regulatory compliance with local and international standards.
* Develop and execute proactive maintenance and asset management programs that minimize downtime and extend lifecycle value.
* Lead and inspire a large, multidisciplinary team, driving a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration.
* Partner with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, vendors, and industry partners, to drive best-in-class engineering practices.
Ideal Profile
* 15+ years of progressive leadership experience within theme parks or large-scale entertainment operations, with at least 5 years in an executive capacity.
* Proven success leading complex engineering, maintenance, and technical service functions in a large operational environment.
* Deep technical knowledge of ride systems, facilities management, safety, and regulatory compliance.
* Demonstrated experience managing large capital budgets and vendor partnerships.
* Strong business acumen, with the ability to connect technical strategy to commercial and guest experience outcomes.
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline; Master’s or MBA preferred.
* Exceptional communication and leadership skills, capable of influencing at all organizational levels.
