As a Supply Chain Planning Assistant, you'll help ensure our products are in the right place, at the right time supporting stores and digital channels across the business. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your planning skills, build supplier relationships, and play a meaningful role in a purpose-led retail brand.
What you'll do:
* Manage stock replenishment for a defined group of suppliers and product categories
* Maintain and prioritise open order books to minimise out-of-stocks
* Support promotional activity and range changes through accurate forecasting
* Build strong day-to-day relationships with suppliers, monitoring OTIF (On Time In Full) performance
* Manage purchase orders and ensure timely and accurate closure
* Maintain planning tools, reports, and Excel-based models
* Work closely with supply chain, category, and warehouse teams to resolve issues
Who you are:
* Experienced in a supply chain, planning, or operational support role
* Confident working with suppliers or third-party partners
* Comfortable analysing data, with solid Excel skills
* Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to manage competing priorities
* A clear communicator who enjoys working cross-functionally
* Curious, proactive, and keen to grow within supply chain planning
