This is an opportunity for an experienced, reliable quick-thinking individual who wishes to join a 24hr security operations team. Applicants must be confident, motivated and reliable with strong attention to detail and ownership qualities.
This person must have the ability to work on their own initiative whilst adhering to company policy and procedures as part of our office-based customer service role.
You will be required to liaise with our own security teams, service partners and clients. A key part of this role will be handling calls, dealing with and managing requests and administration tasks.
You will need to have excellent verbal, written and IT skills.
You must have experience of controlling/responding to issues as they arise whilst escalating incidents where necessary.
Applicants must be able to think and act quickly in order to achieve the best outcome in any given situation. Common sense is vital along with a calm and methodical approach.
The candidate must have good IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs. Excellent telephone communication skills are vital.
Duties will include but are not limited to;
Handling volumes of incoming calls.
Dispatching calls to staff members and contractors.
Logging accurate incidents/events.
Escalation of certain incidents via a given process.
Handover from departing shift/incoming shift.
Liaise with customers, contractors' staff and emergency services.
To operate call handling software.
To action the company's Lone Worker policy.
Dealing with any issue that may arise at multiple sites.
Accurately obtaining and recording information.
Compiling and sending reports.
