Overview
The Onsite Recruitment Consultant delivers recruitment services directly at the client’s location, managing the full hiring cycle, supporting workforce planning, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary onsite contact for hiring managers and HR teams.

Manage end-to-end recruitment for temporary, contract, and permanent roles.
*
Source candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and onsite events.
*
Screen and interview candidates to assess suitability.
*
Coordinate onboarding, including compliance checks and right-to-work documentation.
*
Maintain accurate records within the ATS and internal systems.
*
Support workforce planning and provide recruitment insights to the client.
*
Oversee agency workers onsite, ensuring engagement and performance.
*
Handle attendance, shift scheduling, and general workforce enquiries.
*
Conduct site tours, job previews, and recruitment campaigns as needed.
*
Ensure recruitment and onboarding processes meet legal and compliance standards.
*
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on hiring activity and KPIs.
*
Resolve day-to-day staffing issues promptly and professionally.
*
Build strong relationships with internal teams, candidates, and client stakeholders.
*
Promote a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Skills & Qualifications
*
Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (agency or in-house).
*
Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
*
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
*
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
*
Proficiency with ATS systems, recruitment tools, and Microsoft Office.
*
Understanding of employment law and basic HR processes (preferred).
*
Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure.
Working Conditions

Based full-time onsite at the client’s facility.

Occasional evening or weekend work during peak recruitment periods.
