The successful candidate must have a true passion for childcare and be enthusiastic and driven to give young children the best early years education and care needed for their developmentRequirementsCache/NVQ Level 2 or 3 Diploma in Early years or equivalentExcellent spoken and written EnglishPassion, creativity, joy, flexibility, reliability, commitment and good communication skillsKey ResponsibilitiesProvide a safe, supportive and caring environment for young children in the care of Nursery; to ensure that all aspects of each individual childs development are given full considerationProvide high standards of quality within the Nursery, including the environment, resources and experiences offered to children.Actively participate in planning for the EYFS curriculum and maintain accurate and effective childrens profiles with observations and development recordsBe a key person carrying out all related responsibilities in building relationships with a small group of children and their familiesSupport and develop of good practice with regard to special needs and inclusionUndertake a shared responsibility for health, safety and cleanliness throughout the Nursery.
