Overview
We are seeking an experienced Windows & End-User Computing (EUC) Support Engineer with strong expertise in managing and supporting Windows environments, modern endpoint devices, and Microsoft 365 services. The ideal candidate will bring over 7 years of hands-on experience delivering high-quality technical support, troubleshooting complex issues, and managing policies within enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide excellent Windows support for end users, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
* Manage and support EUC devices, including laptops, desktops, and related peripherals.
* Administer, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 11 operating systems.
* Create, manage, and maintain Group Policy Objects (GPO) to enforce security and configuration standards.
* Support and administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and device management features.
* Perform system upgrades, patching, and performance monitoring for Windows-based environments.
* Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to enhance system reliability and user experience.
* Document technical procedures, troubleshooting steps, and best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
* 7+ years of proven experience in Windows support and EUC environments.
* Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 administration.
* Hands-on experience with Group Policy creation and management.
* Proficiency with Microsoft 365 administration and support.
* Solid understanding of endpoint security, device configuration, and user access management.
* Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, enterprise IT environment.
