Responsibilities
Team Coordination
1. Actively support the team by coordinating customer deliveries and resolving any shipping or receiving issues
2. Keep meticulous records/logs of all materials to ensure smooth operations
3. Put "we" before "me" by being as committed to each other's success as to your own.
Task Execution
4. Utilise your acquired job skills and company policies to complete assigned tasks efficiently
5. Recognise when to deviate from standard practices to achieve the best results.
Procedure Adherence
6. Normally follow established procedures for routine work
7. Be prepared to take initiative and seek instructions for new assignments
8. Keep your promises and be accountable
Documentation & System Updates
9. Coordinate the speedy and efficient delivery of goods to their required destinations, ensuring you obtain sign-off for receipt
10. Be an energy supplier by leaving people better than you found them
11. Actively inform recipients that their ordered goods have been delivered
12. Serve others by ensuring timely and accurate communication
Shipping & Receiving
13. Maintain accurate records of materials received and shipped, ensuring all details are logged within a semi-routine scope
14. Embrace simplicity and speed
15. Receive goods delivered to the Data Centre, either directly or following acceptance by security
16. Enter all relevant details of inbound/outbound shipments and ensure order requirements are fulfilled
17. Be trustworthy and commit fully
18. Use shipment spotlight and shipment dashboard to track customers' inbound/outbound shipments
19. Communicate with radical transparency
20. Inspect received goods and reject unsatisfactory items where necessary
21. Set high standards of excellence and value disciplined execution
Problem Solving
22. Actively work and communicate with internal/external customers to ensure on-time deliveries
23. Assist with resolving difficult shipping and receiving issues as they arise
24. Challenge the status quo and embrace change
Hazardous Materials
25. Follow established procedures for handling hazardous materials, requiring supervision only on new assignments
26. Honor confidentiality
27. Comply with hazardous materials protocols as described by regional regulatory bodies
Equipment Management
28. Track stored and/or abandoned equipment diligently
29. Use ageing shipment business processes/tools for shipments over 5 days, 14 days, 30 days, and 90 days
Data Centre Support
30. Assist with the delivery and removal of customers' equipment from cages through established procedures
31. When requested by a Smart Hand (SH) request, assist with packing customers' equipment with packing material so that it can be shipped from the data centre
