Key Responsibilities
* Carry out day-to-day office administration and data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy.
* Manage and respond to a high volume of email correspondence.
* Support and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication.
* Proactively chase and follow up with international clients to keep projects on track.
* Maintain well-organised records, systems, and databases.
* Provide support to management with reporting and office coordination.
* Handle occasional inbound and outbound phone calls with professionalism.
* Assist in the development of streamlined processes as the business grows.

* Office Administration / Business Support: experience in data entry, diary management, or general office coordination.
* Customer Service (B2B or B2C): strong communication skills with experience managing international clients or customer accounts.
* Project Coordination / Operations Support: exposure to working with multiple stakeholders and juggling deadlines.
* Professional Services Administration: such as legal, financial services, HR, or recruitment admin roles where accuracy and compliance are key.

Requirements
* Proven experience in an administrative or office-based role.
* Excellent computer literacy, including proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.
