Child Abuse Compensation
team. This is a unique opportunity to work on some of the most impactful and high-profile cases in the country, helping survivors of child sexual exploitation (CSE), grooming gangs, and other abuse pursue justice through the civil legal system.

You will be working alongside the current Director, dealing with extremely high profile cases that receive media attention.
The Role
You'll manage your own caseload from start to finish, working alongside a dedicated and experienced team. This role involves direct client engagement, in-depth case analysis, and legal representation in complex and sensitive matters.
What You'll Be Doing
* Manage a varied caseload of child abuse-related claims, including CSE and grooming gang cases.
* Provide legal advice and guidance to survivors, maintaining the highest levels of client care.
* Attend and lead client meetings with sensitivity and professionalism.
* Liaise with experts, professionals, and external agencies to progress cases.
* Prepare legal documentation and analyse evidence (e.g. medical/legal records).
* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal procedures.
* Contribute to a supportive, mission-driven team environment.
What We're Looking For
* A qualified solicitor (NQ+), with experience or strong interest in civil claims for survivors of child sexual abuse.
* Compassionate and client-focused, with a trauma-informed approach.
* Confident handling sensitive and complex issues.
* Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
* Able to communicate clearly and empathetically with clients and stakeholders.
* Familiarity with legal procedures and protocols around child abuse cases is ideal.
