HR Business Partner
Location: Macclesfield - Hybrid (with regular on-site engagement)
Salary: £43,275.42
Contract: Full-Time, 37 hours/week (12 month FTC)
Our client, a respected organisation with a strong values-driven culture, is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their People Team on a 12-month contract.
This is a key role supporting senior and middle managers by providing expert HR guidance, leading people-focused initiatives, and strengthening leadership capability across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with managers to support business goals through effective people strategies
* Lead and contribute to HR projects aligned to the People Strategy
* Provide coaching, guidance and HR support on ER cases, performance and capability
* Drive talent development, succession planning and workforce planning initiatives
* Support recruitment processes including job design, attraction, and selection
* Maintain accurate HR records, generate reports and analyse data trends
* Contribute to monthly payroll processes in collaboration with external provider
* Promote best practice, compliance, and inclusion across all areas of HR delivery
Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience in a strategic HR Business Partner or senior HR advisory role
* Strong understanding of employee relations, coaching, and HR best practice
* Excellent communication skills the ability to influence and support managers
* Confident working independently in a busy, values-driven environment
* Comfortable working in a hybrid model with occasional travel across sites
