We are seeking an experienced FP&A professional to join our team. You will already be familiar with managing other team members and delivering high quality, punctual information financial information and KPIs to senior management.
What you’ll be doing
As an FP&A manager, you’ll be key to the business when:
·Supporting strategic decision making through modelling and analysis
·Monitoring performance through regular reporting to show performance against budget, forecast and business plan at all levels of the business
·Modelling projects to support Developers focus on maximising project value
·Cashflow Management
·Supporting project finance activities and managing project models key to debt raises
·Work with two other members of the FP&A team
Is this the job for you?
We are looking for someone with experience of the tasks outlined above. Industry experience, construction, or project finance experience is desirable but not required.
Essential: Strong excel skills, experience creating and running models, finance background including budgeting, cashflow management and reporting (preferably FP&A or Finance Business Partner), experience working with various stakeholders at different levels in the business.

You will be responsible for ensuring FP&A continues to improve and deliver high quality information and recommendations. At times this will involve prioritising different projects to ensure information is delivered in a timely manner.

This is a role where continual learning is vital. You need to have a good understanding of not only finance but the development process as well. You have to be able to adapt to rapid changes in circumstances or new information and analyse the impact on outcomes.

Location and type:Central Bristol office, hybrid working (min. 2 days p/w in office)
Salary range:£60-65k p.a., negotiable on experience
