We're on the lookout for a passionate Buyer to join a hugely successful global menswear brand - someone who lives and breathes product, thrives in fast-paced environments, and has a sharp eye for commercial opportunity. This is your chance to shape future collections and play a key role in delivering standout product to stores, online, and wholesale partners worldwide.
What you'll be doing:
* Own the buying and production process across the full price range
* Collaborate with Design, Merch, and Tech to build commercially sharp collections
* Manage and mentor a talented product team
* Ensure 95% on-time delivery and margin targets are smashed
* Source and negotiate with global suppliers to deliver the best product, on budget
* Trade the department - reacting quickly to wins and misses
What you'll bring:
* Proven experience in fashion buying with commercial and margin success
* Strong supplier negotiation and direct sourcing background
* Technical garment know-how and love for great product
* A global mindset with experience travelling to source
