Meetings & Events Sales Manager (Proactive) -Central London -Up to c £50,000 DOE bonus strong benefits package A well-established Central London hotel group with a diverse portfolio of properties and extensive meetings & events space is seeking an experienced Meetings & Events Sales Manager to join its commercial team. This is a highly proactive, outward-facing role, reporting into the Head of Sales, with responsibility for driving new M&E revenue while nurturing and growing existing agency and corporate relationships across multiple hotels. The role Proactively generate new Meetings & Events business across a multi-hotel portfolio Manage and grow key corporate and agency accounts Lead on sales activity including networking, client meetings, show rounds, trade shows and national sales trips Drive conversion of M&E enquiries in partnership with the in-house M&E team Identify and develop new MICE opportunities Implement and contribute to sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets Maintain strong market knowledge, competitor awareness and client relationships About you Proven experience in proactive M&E sales within hotels or hospitality Strong knowledge of the London M&E agency landscape with an established network Commercially astute with strong negotiation and influencing skills Confident, engaging and credible with senior clients Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities A natural brand ambassador with a collaborative leadership style What’s on offer Salary up to £50,000 (dependent on experience) Bonus and comprehensive benefits package Flexible working pattern Clear development opportunities within a growing hospitality group
