As an Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our transport department.




Key Accountabilities

Your responsibilities will include:



πŸ“ Debrief Drivers: Ensure all paperwork is completed and questions are addressed upon their return to the depot.

🦺 Lead with Safety - Help promote the safety culture on site by engaging with driver at debrief.

πŸ“¦ Verify POD Documents: Process necessary adjustments accurately.

πŸ“‘ Telematics Tracking: Support day-to-day operations using our tracking system.

πŸ“„ Collection Notes: Prepare, process, and check them upon return to the site.

πŸ“Š Record Maintenance: Keep accurate records, including basket information in Excel.

πŸ” Investigate Losses: Engage with drivers to find root causes of losses.

🀝 Customer Collaboration: Work with the Customer Contact Department to resolve issues and complaints promptly.

πŸ“‚ Resolve Claims: Use POD data to address customer claims.

πŸ“ˆ Report Analysis: Compile and analyse daily, weekly, or periodic loss and delivery reports.

πŸ—‚οΈ Administrative Support: Assist the Logistics Management Team as needed.
