Digital Developer Role

Location
Birmingham – hybrid, with a minimum of two days a week onsite.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead on required systems development, providing an efficient, reliable, and effective digital service.
* Lead on application changes, developing data extracts, building various processes and improving business data workflows on all systems.
* Drive or assist relevant projects through the development life cycle, ensuring the solutions are technically sound, meet functional and operational requirements, and are delivered on time.
* Work with the latest technologies to deliver complex and wide-ranging organisational efficiencies and change.
Qualifications and Experience
* Agile, Prince 2 or similar project management qualification (Desirable).
* Educated to Degree level or proven experience.
* Some experience of providing technical specifications and successful delivery of ICT and business projects.
* Knowledge and experience of housing management systems, preferably ActiveH, interfacing systems, processes, and scripting.
* Ability to adapt to an ever‑changing technical landscape.
* Ability to stay ahead of the technical curve and learn new skills.
* A passion for technology.
* A team player who is highly motivated, likes to ask questions and is comfortable being customer facing.
