The Opportunity
We are looking for a Head of Strategic Modelling to design and lead the development of a best-in-class forecasting and modelling function.
This is a high-impact role at the centre of the business, working directly with senior leadership to ensure resources are allocated efficiently, marketing spend is optimized, and strategic decisions are underpinned by robust data.
You will play a critical role in supporting international growth across the UK, Europe, and the USA.
What You’ll Be Doing
Build and own a group-wide financial and operational forecasting model
Leverage AI and predictive analytics to drive insight and decision-making
Partner with senior stakeholders across Marketing, Operations, Finance, and the Board
Develop models to optimize:
Customer acquisition cost (CAC)
Lifetime value (LTV)
Channel performance (Meta / Facebook, Google, etc.)
Support a high-growth environment, balancing multiple priorities and stakeholders
Translate complex data into clear, actionable commercial insights
What We’re Looking For
Strong passion for modelling, analytics, and commercial decision-making
Experience building forecasting models in a scale-up or high-growth business
Background in a B2C environment, with exposure to performance marketing
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage at board level
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
