We are seeking a compassionate, resilient and proactive SEND Teaching Assistant to join a warm, nurturing primary setting in Shirley. This is a morning only position, supporting pupils within an unofficial key stage 1 behaviour hub designed to help children re‑engage positively with learning. About the Role You will work closely with class teachers and the SEND team to provide tailored support for pupils with social, emotional and behavioural needs.
