Role Overview
The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to ensure workshops and classrooms are fully prepared, safe, and well-resourced. You will support practical lessons, maintain equipment, manage materials, and help create a safe learning environment for students.
Key Responsibilities
* Preparing materials, machinery, and tools for lessons
* Assisting students during practical sessions
* Carrying out routine maintenance and ensuring machinery meets safety standards
* Managing stock levels and ordering supplies
Requirements
* Experience in a workshop, DT environment, or similar
* Strong understanding of health & safety procedures
* Practical, hands-on mindset with good organisational skills
