Job Description:
* As a background youunderstand ServiceNow ITSM platforms:
o Experience with ServiceNow system implementations likeAsset management change management etc.
o Utilize best practices for defining business capabilitiesunderstanding core requirements and recommending technicalsolutions.
o Utilize best practices for definingbusiness capabilities understanding core requirements andrecommending technical solutions.
* 10 years of experience with managing diverseIT projects both large and small.
* Knowledge oflife cycle and project management methodologies
* Ability to track costs schedule and performanceprogress.
* Ability to identify and mitigaterisks.
* Manage and prioritize the backlog ofwork to ensure a clear roadmap for delivery set and meet milestonesand balance work across internal teams leveraging externalimplementation partners when necessary.
* Implement improvements to automate business functions andmake effective use of technology to improve the internal andexternal user experience.
* Collaborate withvendors on learning best practices and configuration details ofvarious systems to provide support management.
* Develop a thorough understanding of the business goalspractices and processes to translate them into system functionalityand userrequirements that define scope and specifications to seethem through to accurate solutions and facilitate dialogue anddiscussion between the business and internal and externalproviders.
