From playful prints to bold fashion statements, we bring fresh energy to kids’ fashion – and we’re now looking for an Assistant Merchandiser to help drive our growth journey.
You’ll join a small, friendly, and experienced team where no two days are the same. We work with leading retailers like Next and John Lewis, and there’s huge scope to learn, contribute, and develop in this role.
What You’ll Do:
* Dive into the numbers – prepare weekly and seasonal sales reports that help shape key business decisions.
* Manage style creation and purchase orders, ensuring they’re accurate and aligned with the critical path.
* Keep production on track by managing supplier deadlines and critical path milestones.
* Provide detailed sizing and pricing reports to aid future planning and partner presentations.
* Manage promotional activity and markdowns across our retail partners and platforms.
* Allocate stock and run replenishment reports, suggesting actions to boost performance.
* Oversee line flow for core products and support seasonal launches with data and insights.
* Support the Merchandisers with range planning and strategy to maximise commercial potential.
* Support the Merchandisers with growing wholesale business
Who You Are:
* You’ve got merchandising experience in UK retail – ideally across multiple platforms.
* Shopify skills? A bonus! (But not a deal-breaker.)
* Advanced Excel is your playground – pivot tables and VLOOKUPs don’t scare you.
* Analytical, detail-focused, and commercially aware.
* A natural communicator who thrives in a team environment.
* Curious, motivated, and passionate about building a long-term career in merchandising.
* Calm under pressure and able to juggle multiple priorities with confidence.
