You will play a key role in onboarding, mentoring, and upskilling teams, ensuring alignment with global and regional standards.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nDevelop and implement a robust Training Strategy and Framework.\n\nCreate and deliver engaging training materials, manuals, and assessments.\n\nLead onboarding, induction, and ongoing training for team members.\n\nSupport implementation of FM systems and CMMS processes.\n\nManage training demand in line with business priorities.\n\nMaintain accurate training records and continuously improve delivery based on feedback.\n\nProvide post-deployment training support and performance reviews.\n\nWhat We're Looking For:\n\nQualification in Training or Training Management.\n\nExperience in instructional design, coaching, and project delivery.\n\nStrong knowledge of FM systems, CMMS, and associated ...
