What you will do:
* Lead and enhance the quality of professional social work practice for children, young people, and their families.
* Deliver and support various learning programmes for pre and post-qualifying social workers.
* Supervise and support social work practitioners, ensuring they meet the highest standards of practice.
* Assist in the quality assurance process, guiding and developing practitioners through their educational journey.
* Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to integrate innovative practices within the Academy.
