As the business continues to grow, they are seeking a talented and experienced HR Professional to join their facility in West Yorkshire.
On offer
* Salary is up to £35,000 - £45,000 DOE
* 33 days holiday
* Working on site Mon - Fri
The role
You will join an incredibly supportive business who deliver a comprehensive and business-focused HR service, which includes recruitment, retention, and L&D whilst supporting the management team with a range of employee issues.
* Employee Relations - Provide advice and support on disciplinary, grievance, capability, and absence issues, ensuring compliance with policy and employment law.
* Recruitment & Onboarding - Manage recruitment processes, support hiring managers, and deliver effective onboarding and induction.
* Policy & Compliance - Ensure HR policies and procedures are applied consistently and align with UK legislation and industry standards.
* Performance & Development - Support managers with performance management, appraisals, and identifying training needs.
* Absence Management - Monitor attendance, support return-to-work processes, and liaise with Occupational Health as required.
* HR Data & Reporting - Maintain accurate HR records, ensure GDPR compliance, and provide HR metrics and analysis.
* Engagement & Wellbeing - Promote employee engagement, wellbeing, and a positive workplace culture.
* Projects & Improvement - Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives that support business goals.
The candidate we are looking for
* CIPD qualified.
* HR or Business related degree - or equivalent experience
* Minimum of 3 years experience working in a similar role (within Food, Drink or FMCG manufacturing)
* Be an empathetic individual, confident and able to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders at all levels
* Experience implementing change, policies and procedures.
* Good project management experience
* Have a good understanding of current employment law.
