We are looking for a kind and passionate Mental Health Support Worker to join our team in the Swansea Area. This is a full-time, permanent role offering 35 hours per week and 6-week rota in advance. Mental Health Support Worker – Swansea £12.86 per hour, £23,415 annually 35 hours per week – Permanent Contract Double pay rate on Bank Holidays You DO NOT need to hold a full UK driving licence. We do not offer sponsorship. This support worker role is based in our Swansea service, supporting several of our tenants with mental health needs, some of whom are recovering from substance use to live independently. Interview Date: Friday 17th September 2025 About the role This is Mental Health Support Worker role is based in our Swansea service, supporting several of our tenants with mental health needs, some of whom could be recovering from substance use. Working with our tenants to live a flourishing life by supporting with them to achieve their defined goals and outcomes. Mental Health Support Worker will be assisting our tenants to live independently with general household tasks and their accommodation needs with paid training you will be supported to be the best you can be.
