Job Description
Working at a busy manufacturing site in Nuneaton, the role of HR Business Partner will be a varied, generalist, fast-paced role, supporting a Senior Business Partner.This will include but not limited to:
3. Support the Senior Business Partner to provide strategic HR support to leaders and teams within the organisation.
4. Drive talent management initiatives, including workforce planning and succession planning.
5. Collaborate on employee engagement strategies and implement improvements.
6. Advise on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
7. Support with a wide range of employee relations cases, including complex situations
8. Lead or contribute to HR projects and initiatives
9. Analyse HR metrics to identify trends and inform decision-making.
10. Build productive relationships with Trade Union
The Successful Applicant
11. Ideal applicants for this role will have a proven HR background within a similar fast-paced sector such as FMCG, Manufacturing, Distribution, Retail etc
12. You might be a proven HR Advisor/Senior HR Advisor looking for your first step into a HRBP role. Alternatively, you might be a HR Business Partner looking for a new challenge
