Role: Waking Nights Specialist Support Worker
Salary: £15.12 per hour
Location: Brudenell Road, Leeds
Hours: 12 hour and 15 minute shifts

About the role
Our service in Leeds is a new supported living service for 4 clients who are deaf with complex needs and/or mental health conditions.

We are looking for people with:
* Experience working with varying degrees of deafness, including those who are culturally deaf
* British Sign Language (BSL) skills or a willingness to learn BSL (full BSL training will be provided)
* Excellent communication skills
* Experience working with people with Learning Disabilities and/or Mental Health challenges where diagnosis is complex and may present challenging behaviour
* Experience working in supported living services or residential care services
* Experience or willingness to undertake Prevention Management of Violence and Aggression (PMVA) training
You will maintain tenants' safety, privacy, and dignity in accordance with CQC regulations and organisation policies.
