About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with special educational needs in our friendly primary school in Enfield. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in special educational needs support while making a real difference to children's educational journeys.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide dedicated support for pupils with special educational needs across various year groups
* Assist with curriculum access and learning activities under teacher guidance
* Support pupils' social, emotional, and academic development
* Help implement individualised learning strategies and interventions
* Work collaboratively with class teachers and SENCO
* Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and achievements
* Foster independence and confidence in learning
* Support behavioural management strategies as needed
* Adapt support methods to meet individual pupil needs
* Genuine interest in supporting children with special educational needs
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Patience, empathy, and resilience when working with children
* Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
* Reliable and punctual attendance
* Enhanced Child Workforce DBS clearance (essential)

Working Pattern
