The Opportunity:
* Location: Field-based across London (2/3 days on the road, 3/2 days remote)
* Commission: Up to £17,000

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Managing a portfolio of New Homes and Developer accounts (around 80 B2B clients).
* Building and nurturing senior client relationships across your region.
* Creating and delivering tailored account strategies and reviews using performance data.
* Presenting solutions confidently to groups of all sizes.
* Identifying growth opportunities, upselling and cross-selling based on genuine client need.
* Resolving issues including billing queries and aged debt, while maintaining trust and satisfaction.
* Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
What We Need From You:
* 3+ years B2B Account Management experience — ideally field-based and client-facing.
* Proven track record of hitting/exceeding sales targets in a solution-led environment.
* Consultative approach — you sell using insight and impact, not discounts.
* Strong commercial acumen and ability to analyse and communicate data-driven insights.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* A proactive, collaborative mindset and strong internal drive for improvement.
* Experience in property, tech or media sectors is a bonus, but not essential.
