About Our Client

Job Description
Key responsibilities consist of:
3. Act as the first point of contact for incoming helpdesk calls and emails
4. Log service requests, faults, and issues accurately into the system
5. Schedule engineer callouts and allocate jobs based on priority, location, and skillset
6. Monitor job progress and update clients and engineers accordingly
7. Liaise with clients to confirm appointment times and follow up on service outcomes
8. Maintain accurate records of service visits, job status, and resolutions
9. Coordinate with the technical team to ensure prompt response and service delivery
10. Manage daily work schedules and make real-time adjustments as needed
11. Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) and response times are consistently met
12. Generate and distribute daily or weekly reports on job performance and outstanding tasks
13. Escalate urgent issues or delays to management in a timely manner
14. Support general administrative tasks within the service department
The Successful Applicant
A successful Helpdesk & Callout Scheduler should have:
15. Previous experience in a helpdesk, scheduling, or coordination role
16. Strong organisational and time management skills
17. Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
18. Proficient in using scheduling or service management software (e.g., CAFM systems, CRM tools, job dispatch platforms)
19. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
20. Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
21. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
22. Confident in liaising with engineers, clients, and internal teams
23. Familiarity with service level agreements (SLAs) and performance tracking
24. Competent with Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook, Excel, and Word
