The project
Our Mobility Team is growing and we have an exciting opportunity for a Programme Lead - Terminals to join our Heathrow Expansion team.
Note: This role is based on site 3 days per week.
You’ll be responsible for
* Applying advanced knowledge of local health and safety regulations.
* Championing inclusion, wellbeing and a positive team culture.
* Providing strategic leadership across key assignments and business areas.
* Owning senior client relationships and governance.
* Ensuring ethical, compliant and financially sound operations.
* Mentoring and developing teams, driving knowledge sharing and best practice.
* Offering expert technical guidance, promoting accountability and high-performance delivery.
You’ll need to have
* Extensive aviation sector and strong DCO experience.
* Professional membership with proven project delivery and construction management expertise.
* Strong commercial acumen and leadership of large, diverse teams.
* Skilled in senior stakeholder management and sustainability‑led project delivery.
