Junior Planning Engineer – Marine
A Snapshot of Your Day
The Scheduling Engineer will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and controlling integrated project schedules for a complex marine programme using Primavera P6. The role supports the planning and delivery of marine engineering activities across design, procurement, manufacture, integration, and assembly activities.
Working closely with project managers, manufacturing and design engineers, production teams, and subcontractors, the Scheduling Engineer will ensure programme milestones are clearly defined, progress is accurately measured, and schedule risks are identified early. The role is critical to the successful delivery of a major marine project, potentially including shipyard, offshore, or submarine‑related systems and infrastructure.
The role is well suited to an early‑career planner or scheduling engineer who is keen to develop their skills within a complex marine project environment. You will be supported by experienced project controls professionals and given exposure to all stages of project delivery, with clear opportunities to grow responsibility over time.
A Snapshot of a Typical Day
