The Role: Private Client Support You will provide essential support to financial advisers, ensuring seamless client service while maintaining strict compliance with regulatory standards. Prepare client review packs by updating records, gathering plan information, and validating fund data.
Generate reports, research summaries, and investment comparisons.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance service quality.
Previous experience in adviser support or financial services (FCA knowledge is a plus).
A proactive, collaborative mindset with a commitment to client service.
