Every donated item that you sort, prepare, and sell helps raise vital funds to support our mission to ensure no one, regardless of their disabilities, is isolated or unable to reach their potential. Our shops are central to local communities, sharing the work of Sense and supporting our life-changing initiatives.

Responsibilities:
As a Key Volunteer, you will support the Shop Manager and Assistant with daily shop operations, including:
* Welcoming customers warmly.
* Providing excellent customer service and supporting other volunteers.
* Receiving donations from the public.
* Processing sales and operating the till.
* Opening and closing the shop when needed.
* Balancing the till at the end of the day.
* Sorting donations, pricing stock, and maintaining shop tidiness.
* Promoting Gift Aid and fundraising initiatives.
* Representing Sense and promoting the shop in the community.
* Supporting volunteer recruitment and training.
* Following health and safety guidelines.
