Job Duties
Driving concept development and impactful creative execution across branding, campaigns, and digital experiences
Ensuring high standards of quality and consistency across all outputs
Presenting work to clients with confidence and responding positively to feedback
Collaborating closely with designers, writers, strategists, and client teams
Crafting brand identities, guidelines, brochures, signage, and more
Turning briefs into visually compelling ideas and polished final designs
Mentoring junior designers and helping shape a positive, inspiring work cultureRelevant Experience
5+ years of experience in a creative agency or a fast-paced in-house team
Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite
Excellent communication and time management skills
A strong portfolio of work consisting of supporting designs
A balance of creative flair and commercial thinkingThis is a fantastic opportunity to work with a brilliant agency who have very exciting projects lined up this year. This is an office-based role, situated in Essex. Due to the location of the office, this role is commutable from Braintree, Great Dunmow, Colchester, Halstead, Kelvedon, Tiptree, Witham and Gosfield.
