Our client are looking to employ a facilities caretaker to look after the site based in Hednesford. Key Responsibilities: Act as a key holder, ensuring the site is securely opened and locked each day. Carry out routine maintenance, basic repairs, and daily site checks. Maintain the cleanliness, presentation, and safety of the school grounds. Support health and safety compliance across the site. Assist with deliveries, room setups, and equipment moves. Respond promptly to any urgent site issues. Essential Requirements: Enhanced DBS check with safeguarding certification (current and valid). Previous experience working in a school or education environment. Flexible availability for morning and evening shifts. Hands-on experience with general maintenance and practical site work. Reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented.
