We're now looking for a Shift Controller to support with Driver dispatch and general administration duties.
✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
* Coordinating and dispatching drivers, ensuring all routes are efficiently covered
* Handling incoming calls, primarily from drivers needing support or updates
* Communicating with internal teams and external customers to resolve queries
* Completing general operational and administrative tasks to support the shift
* Providing debrief support for drivers when required, including reviewing completed routes and issues
