Omega are supporting a leading facilities management provider in the recruitment of a skilled Commercial Gas Engineer (HVAC) for an exciting opportunity to work with Morrisons, one of the UK's major supermarket chains. This role offers the chance to join a well-established, nationally operating FM company, delivering essential planned and reactive maintenance across multiple Morrisons retail sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a variety of commercial heating systems and air conditioning units, while ensuring a high standard of service through regular site visits, PPMs, and minor reactive works as requested by the client.
Key Responsibilities - Commercial Gas Engineer
1. Carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance across a number of sites.?
2. Service and repair a range of mechanical equipment, e.g. boilers, fans, pumps, AHU's, FCU's.
3. Carry out minor alterations and installations within the individual's technical competence in accordance with current specifications.
4. Order spares to the laid-down procedures.
