How You’ll Do It

What We’re Looking For
* Significant experience in a high volume restaurant, hotel or leisure management setting at an Assistant General Manager or General Manager level
* University Degree or equivalent experience
* Excellent communication, time management and organisation skills
* Ability to work on a team
* Energy and enthusiasm
* A high level of self-awareness, receptivity to change and integrity
* Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
* Ability to obtain required licenses and certifications for your location
