The Opportunity Given increased project expansion, our client is currently seeking an experienced Senior EC&I Engineer, where you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. As a Senior EC&I Engineer, you’ll be responsible for managing the delivery of engineering and technical activities, through the application of process, domain knowledge, and experience across all projects. Your duties and responsibilities will include: Promote effective co-operation across Engineering and other functional teams Assist in effective management of the customer, interfacing with customers and supply chain on design issues, and assist with procurement specifications Ensure procedures, codes, and standards are correctly identified and applied to engineering and technical activities Contribute to Product Safety Assessment process Provide a technical interface with internal and external stakeholders at a detailed level Carry out technical investigations and analysis to provide data for problem assessment/resolution and for design improvements Contribute to process improvement within the operational and/or design lifecycle Apply engineering domain knowledge to produce technical solutions and documentation Produce, review, verify outputs including calculations, analyses, technical reports, specifications, and method statements Ensure appropriate review, verification, and approval is undertaken on work performed Plan, deliver and monitor assigned tasks and projects, ensuring requirements are delivered to time, quality, and cost Provide support to the Project Manager for planning, control, and delivery of tasks and projects Make engineering decisions within your sphere of responsibility and delegated authority Act as Technical Authority or Engineering Lead when authorisedQualifications and experience required: Engineering degree (or equivalent) in relevant engineering discipline, with demonstrable experience Experience working collaboratively in multi-discipline teams to deliver activities across various project types Demonstrable experience covering a variety of tasks Strong communication skills and the ability to interface with other disciplines The successful candidate must be able to achieve baseline security clearance Millbank Holdings Ltd is an equal opportunities employer committed to creating an inclusive and diverse workforce.
