Recruiter (EMEA) - Interim (3 Months) - Heathrow About the Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join a dynamic HR team on a 3-month interim basis. You will manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles, ensuring a strong candidate experience while partnering closely with hiring managers to meet business needs. Key Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and define sourcing strategies Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and events Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews Coordinate interviews and maintain a smooth process Review applications and recommend candidates Support selection decisions and hiring processes Assist with offer management and candidate communication Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems Build relationships with agencies, job boards, and universities Support onboarding and new hire documentation Assist with recruitment events and outreach initiatives Requirements Experience 2 years' recruiting experience Agency and/or in-house experience advantageous Experience with recruitment events or employer branding is a plus Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent required Master's degree preferred Skills & Competencies Strong written and verbal communication Ability to build relationships across all levels Excellent organization and time management Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail and confidentiality Sound judgment and decision-making Proactive and team-oriented Technical Skills Experience with ATS (e.g., Taleo, iCIMS) Familiarity with HRIS (e.g., PeopleSoft) Proficient in Microsoft Office Experience using LinkedIn and sourcing tools Key Points: 3 months contract 3 days in the office, 2 at home Based near Heathrow Immediate start!
