What you'll be doing
* Acting as a trusted finance partner to SLT budget owners and Central Finance leadership.
* Providing analytical support across a portfolio of Central Functions, covering budgeting, planning and financial reporting.
* Keeping spend on track through strong procurement, PO governance and costcontrol processes.
* Building and maintaining cost models that help us forecast accurately.
* Supporting thirdparty spend reviews, contract renewals and commercial decisionmaking.
* Enhancing financial control across both payroll and nonpayroll cost lines.
* Developing more automated, reliable reporting tools and ensuring the numbers we rely on are accurate.
* Contributing to costefficiency initiatives and helping embed a costconscious mindset across your stakeholder group.
* Providing adhoc project support to Central Finance leadership when needed.

The Person
What you'll need to bring
* Qualified or partqualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA) with the motivation to complete within 2 years.
* Strong understanding of financial planning, cost control and commercial finance.
* Advanced Excel and datamodelling skills, with the ability to turn numbers into meaningful narratives.
* Confidence working in ambiguity and finding solutions when the path isn't clearly defined.
* Experience within FP&A, commercial finance or another analytical finance role.
* A track record of producing clear, insightdriven reporting.
Bonus if you've also got: Power BI / Power Query experience, procurement exposure, ERP familiarity or experience in a complex multifunction environment.
