We're looking for a dedicated Workshop Supervisor to join our Transportation team in Shropshire and help ensure our fleet remains safe, compliant, and ready for the road.

Location: Shropshire
Hours: Permanent Fulltime 40 hours per week, site based 5 days per week
Salary: £35,672 per year + £5k annual car allowance + benefits
What will you be responsible for?
As a Workshop Supervisor, you'll oversee the daily operations of the workshop and lead a skilled team to deliver maintenance and repair programmes safely, on time, and within budget
Your day to day will include:
* Ensure effective delivery of programme of works
* Undertake weekly safety site inspections of the workshop, ensure good housekeeping is maintained
* Updating of workshop computer systems
* Provide estimates for vehicle repairs
* Collaborate, promote and develop Health, Safety and wellbeing innovations
What are we looking for?
This role of Workshop Supervisor is great if you have:
* Hands on MOT testing experience
* Confident with workshop computer systems and record keeping
* Understand Guide to Roadworthiness and HGV inspection protocols
* Solid knowledge of O Licence compliance (OLAT)
* Hold a valid driving licence – Category B & C (essential for this position)
