Working as part of the dynamic marketing department, the apprentice will play a key role in crafting campaigns that spark anticipation for daring new productions, developing engaging digital storytelling across social media and PR channels, and supporting community outreach initiatives that open the doors of the Playhouse to even more people. In this role, youll work towards your Level 4 Marketing Executive qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships. A Typical Day in the Job: Assist with planning and executing marketing campaigns across both online and offline channels, including managing budgets and monitoring performance. Manage customer data and marketing content to support campaigns and audience targeting. Analyse campaign performance data and provide recommendations to improve engagement and return on investment. Support communication with internal and external stakeholders, including marketing and sales teams, management, customers, suppliers and event partners, to ensure campaigns run smoothly. Conduct market research using primary (surveys, feedback) and secondary methods (competitor and online research) to inform marketing strategies and campaign planning. Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the team at Baltic Apprenticeships. Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge A passion for theatre and art. Interest in marketing and communications, a genuine curiosity about how brands engage with customers. Desire to learn and develop professionally, willingness to take on new challenges and expand marketing knowledge. Creative thinking, an interest in generating new ideas for campaigns, content and promotional activities. Customer focused mindset, motivation to understand customer needs and improve their experience. Digital marketing literacy, understanding of social media, email campaigns, content creation, and online engagement. Communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with colleagues, stakeholders and customers. Organisation and time management, managing multiple projects, campaigns or tasks simultaneously. Teamwork, collaborating effectively with colleagues, departments and external partners. Grade 4 in GCSE Maths and Grade 4 in GCSE English. Salary, Hours & Benefits: £20,000 per annum.
