About the Role
We're looking for a versatile marketing professional who can deliver both quick wins and build sustainable foundations. Our marketing function is being strengthened and this is your opportunity to shape how we go to market.
You'll own end-to-end campaigns for our IT MSP business while collaborating with our Easy4u Marketing Executive on co-sell opportunities between brands. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you'll have genuine latitude to make decisions and drive results, with strategic support available when you need it.
This role suits someone who's comfortable working independently, can balance tactical lead generation with strategic brand building, and understands that sometimes the best marketing is establishing a consistent drumbeat rather than perfect campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation and Pipeline
Generate marketing qualified leads through inbound channels
Develop and execute outbound campaigns
Own lead nurture and conversion optimisation
Work to clear targets while building quality pipeline
Digital Marketing and Content
Manage social media presence to build brand awareness and generate inbound interest
Create content including blogs, case studies, email campaigns and website copy
Optimise website for lead generation and user experience
Execute campaigns end-to-end from strategy through to reporting
Establish consistent marketing drumbeat across channels
HubSpot and Marketing Operations
Optimise HubSpot for effective marketing automation
Enable clear reporting on campaign performance and ROI
Manage the marketing budget allocation
Collaboration
Work alongside easy4u Marketing Executive on co-sell priorities between brands
Coordinate campaigns where audiences and messaging overlap
Share learning and build collaborative marketing capability
What We're Looking For
Essential
Strong digital marketing skills with demonstrable lead generation experience
Proficiency in HubSpot
Content creation experience
Comfortable working autonomously
Commercial mindset - you understand that marketing exists to drive revenue
Able to balance quick tactical wins with building proper foundations
Desirable
Experience rebuilding or significantly improving marketing operations
B2B technology or IT services marketing background
Problem-solver who can deliver results with limited budgets
