* Act as the first point of contact for the Director, always ensuring a professional approach.
* Provide high-quality PA support, including efficient management of diaries, emails, and correspondence.
* Deliver confidential administrative services for the Clinical Governance function and wider business.
* Work closely with the Clinical Governance & Quality Improvement Manager to coordinate essential reports.
* Develop and implement systems to manage the Calea Leadership Team's activities and workload.
* Support the Calea and Nursing Leadership Team with specific projects, from planning to communication.
* Organise and manage off-site meetings and special events end-to-end.
* Prepare presentations, collate data, and process monthly expenses.
* Create and process EPOS purchase orders.
* Collaborate with the wider PA team and manage stakeholder relationships across the business.
* Uphold data privacy and information security policies at all times.
