We are seeking a talented and detail-driven professional to join our client's finance team and support the continued growth and success of their international operations. This is a pivotal role reporting directly to the Finance Director, offering the opportunity to take ownership of group reporting, IFRS compliance, and the integrity of financial processes. You will also work closely with the overseas group company to drive intercompany alignment and contribute to the efficiency of group-wide finance functions. Key Responsibilities include: Assist with the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with IFRS. Collaborate with global group finance teams on intercompany reconciliations, accounting consistency, and group-level reporting. Support the production of monthly management accounts, budgets, and variance analysis. Prepare year-end audit packs and coordinate with external auditors. Support VAT and corporation tax compliance in collaboration with external advisors.
