I’m working with a Housing Association based in the south of the Midlands to recruit for an experienced LSMW Consultant to join their Data Management team within their Technology department.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in managing and delivering end-to-end data migration projects, extracting, transforming, and loading information across SAP systems as part of both BAU operations and larger acquisition projects. You’ll help ensure that data is accurate, consistent, and readily available to support business goals.
You’ll work closely with colleagues across Data Engineering and Data Architecture, reporting to the Head of Data Engineering. Collaboration is central to this role, and you’ll be joining a team of four Data Engineers who are passionate about sharing ideas and continually improving how they work. You’ll also be the team’s go-to expert for LSMW, leading on development, ABAP coding, and migration delivery.
While your main focus will be on LSMW, there’s plenty of opportunity to grow and learn. The organisation is beginning to explore SAP Data Intelligence and SAP Datasphere, and you’ll have the chance to train and develop your skills in these modern data technologies with full support from the team.
You’ll be a great fit if you have a strong background in SAP data migration and transformation, solid understanding of LSMW, and experience with or interest in Data Services and Data Intelligence.
This is a hybrid role, with 2/3 days a week based on-site at their head office in the south of the Midlands, though there may be some flexibility on this. The salary on offer is circa £73,000 with a great benefits package, and this is a permanent opportunity with an ASAP start.
The interview process consists of a first-stage discussion focusing on your experience, followed by a likely on-site second stage.
