What You’ll Do as a Learning Product Manager
* Shape Global Learning Strategy: Lead the development of a clear and compelling learning strategy that supports colleagues at all levels across Primark’s global business, ensuring learning aligns with business needs and industry best practices.
* Deliver High-Impact Learning Projects: Manage multiple end-to-end learning projects across Retail, Buying & Merchandising, and Central Functions, delivering measurable impact and ROI.
* Design Innovative Learning Solutions: Create engaging, blended learning products and programmes addressing complex business challenges, driving performance and continuous development.
* Partner with Senior Stakeholders: Work with senior leaders to identify strategic learning needs and challenges, overseeing innovative solutions that support business goals and cultural change.
* Optimise Learning Content & Tools: Implement and maintain effective content management systems, keeping materials up-to-date and impactful, and stay ahead of learning trends and technologies to enhance Primark’s learning ecosystem.
* Coach and Develop Learning Teams: Activate and support the global L&D delivery team, coaching and upskilling learning professionals, and providing subject-matter expertise to stakeholders on best practices.
What You’ll Bring
* Extensive L&D Experience: 8+ years in Learning & Development with a track record of leading progressive learning strategies that drive measurable impact.
* Strategic Influence: Experience influencing senior leaders to enable delivery of key learning initiatives and foster a culture of continuous development.
* Expertise in Learning Design: Apply corporate learning principles to develop complex, global learning products and programmes for diverse business needs.
* Tech-Savvy Learning Professional: Proficient in learning technologies and authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) to create engaging content.
* Strong Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
* Global Mindset & Team Leadership: Experience rolling out global learning programmes with cultural sensitivity and a passion for developing others through coaching and leadership.
